The CO test adapter enables flexible DUT connections. Thanks to plug-in adapters with laboratory and high-current sockets, the basic adapter is spared - ideal for continuous series tests and changing test requirements.
The Test Adapter CO 21 is designed for connection to the Basicadapter Type BA 00. The basic adapter can be ordered as an option for many test covers (e.g., HB 2100, HB 3400, HB 5000, HB 6000, HB 7000, PK 2000, PK 6000, PK 6500, and PK 7000). The flexible connection to the DUT (device under test) can be made via a socket according to national standards or via lab sockets. Additionally, two lab sockets are available for special applications, as well as a high-current socket BU 04-i. With this concept, connection adapters can be easily replaced after many plug cycles because the built-in basic adapter in the test cover is not subjected to high plug cycles. This ensures uninterrupted series production. Furthermore, maximum flexibility is guaranteed, as different test adapters for various DUTs are available.
