Despite its compact external dimensions, the CR 4000 has two separate antennas for frequencies in the VHF and SHF range. A switch can be used to switch between the two frequencies. The calibrator's transmission power is freely selectable in 5 dB steps from -85 dBm to -40 dBm. The CR 4000 calibrator can also be operated via an external power supply with a standard USB cable.
